Onย 3rdย Octoberย 2024, FSSAI Issued a draft FSS (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Amendment Regulations, 2024 relatedย to the sub-regulation (2.3.14) of the regulationย 2.3 which clause shall be omitted.
Any Objections/suggestions with respect to the draft regulations may be sent to the Food Authority before 60 days from the date of Publication of the regulations in the official Gazette. to emailย regulation@fssai.gov.in
