You can submit a form for the new license. Once we receive the details our customer engagement team will reach out to you on the contact number to get additional details and share with you the quotation for applying for a license on your behalf.

You can upload the license along with the details and the supporting documents. The app will alert you when your license is due for renewal. The app will also help you keep track of the other requirements for staying compliant like product test reports, health checks, training and calibration records.

You can request for any/all of the services required for you to stay compliant. You can request the following services

You can create a new service request by clicking on the “New Request” and selecting the service. Once the request is received, our customer engagement team will call you back with an estimate and share the link to make the payment. On receipt of the payment the request will be processed.

All the application documents, training records, test reports, health records and calibration records can be uploaded into the respective folders. Any additional documents can be uploaded in the “Others” folder.
