On 3rdย Octoberย 2024, FSSAI issued a Draft Notification on FSS (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Amendment Amendment Regulations, 2024, related to digitising the issuance of licenses and registrations automatically. Additionally, in Schedule 4 in Part I related to milk and milk products, the guidelines about the following shall be inserted: the primary Milk producers, Environmental Hygiene, Hygiene production of milk, handling, storage and transportation of milk, and dairy sanitation.
