KOBs:ย Wholesaler, Distributor, Retailer, Transporter, Storage without Atmospheric Controlledย + Cold, Importer, Food Vending Agencies, Direct sellers, Merchant-Exporter, Petty Retailer of snack/Tea Shops, & Hawker (Itinerant/Mobile food vendor) Not for food categories like Milk, Meat and Fish.
Fee Structure:ย
Registration: Rs. 100/-, State License- Rs.2000/-, Central License -Rs.7500/- plus GST, as applicable.ย
Initial phase on 28th June 2024 onwards:ย Only Proprietor(Single owner)
Instant issuance process differs from the regular Application:ย Instantย issuance leverages digital verification of information like PAN, GST AADHAAR, CIN etc.
Required documents:
Proprietorship: Verification GST and AADHAAR.
Documents for Registration: Verification through PAN and AADHAR.
Instant license /registration will be granted for 1 year.
