Direction: Re-operationalization of Draft FSS (Food Product Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations related to standards of Packaged Drinking Water (other than Mineral Water)

On 12th March 2024, FSSAI published a Direction regarding the re-operationalization of the aforementioned draft w.e.f 01.01.2024.

The following limits have been modified:

Total dissolved solids, mg/l75 to 500
Calcium (as Ca), mg/l10 to 75
Magnesium (as Mg), mg/l50 to 30
