  • Passport-sized photo
  • Address proof (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)
  • Proof of business premises (Rental agreement, premises proof)

For State/Central License:

  • Form B duly completed and signed
  • Blueprint/layout plan of processing unit
  • List of directors/partners
  • Food safety management system plan
  • Import/export code (if applicable)

The FSSAI (Food Safety and Authority of India) license fees depend on the various aspects of the business. It also depends on the type of license or registration based on the business type and production capacity.
