On 18th September 2024, FSSAI issued a draft of the FSS (Fortification of Foods) Amendment Regulations, 2024, related to the sub-regulation(4) of regulation 7, which shall be omitted. Any objections/suggestions regarding the draft regulations may be sent to the Food Authority within 60 days from the publication date of the regulations in the official Gazette to the email addressย regulation@fssai.gov.in.
