On 30th August 2024, FSSAI issued a direction under Section 16(5) of FSS (Labeling and Display) Amendment Regulations 2022, the final amendment (except for the provision relating to tolerance limit, as of now declared nutrients on the label with a tolerance of  ± 20 %). It will come into effect from 01.07.2024.
